I’m Kimberly Mead—a results-driven, detail-focused professional with over 25 years of experience in real estate portfolio management, operations, and client relations. After building a successful real estate career, I am now actively shifting into the legal field, pursuing a long-term goal of becoming a paralegal.
💼 What I Bring
For 16 years, I owned and operated Chico Real Estate Management, a full-service property management firm that generated over $1 million in annual revenue. I led operations, trust fund accounting, construction oversight, and client advocacy. My work was hands-on, strategic, and deeply relationship-driven.
During that time, I also partnered with a bankruptcy law firm—preparing real estate valuations for court, assisting with trust and divorce matters, and testifying as a real estate expert. That experience sparked a genuine passion for legal work and case coordination.
🔎 Where I’m Headed
Now, I’m seeking a legal assistant or case manager assistant role with a mission-driven law firm—ideally one that values accuracy, discretion, compassion, and long-term growth. I am committed to learning the legal field from the ground up and am currently exploring paralegal certification programs that align with this next chapter.
While I bring transferable skills in documentation, client care, operations, and attention to detail, what excites me most is joining a supportive team where I can contribute meaningfully and grow into a trusted legal professional.
